The Reggie Stephens Foundation empowers youth and student-athletes in Santa Cruz County to “Seek. Believe. Achieve.” Founded by former NFL player Reggie Stephens, we offer tailored mentoring programs that support personal growth, academic success, and athletic development, helping young individuals reach their full potential in sports, arts, education, and culture.
Since starting with just 60 kids in 2018, RSF has grown to serve over 300 youth in 2024 through scholarships, free speed and agility training, and college readiness programs. We’ve helped student-athletes secure scholarships, earn walk-on opportunities, and develop the confidence needed to thrive in their academic and athletic pursuits.
Your support will help us expand our impact in 2025:
• $1,000 funds one student-athlete scholarship with critical financial support for college opportunities.
• $5,000 funds the RSF All-Star Girls Flag Football Tournament & training camp, empowering young women to excel in sports.
• $15,000 sponsors a life-changing visit to Morgan State University for ten youth and three adult chaperones, opening doors to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
Help us provide more scholarships, expand athletic programs, and foster pathways to success for youth in our community.
Being around Reggie and his program has really formed who I am today. Those 8am workouts, sticking to it through the ups and downs of my athletic career. Reggie has really helped me, and it means so much to be part of this program.
