Each year, we meet the needs of thousands of local children, families, and seniors with the support of generous individuals, businesses, foundations, and government partners. Together, we’re proving that when we unite, anything is possible.
Too many local families risk losing health coverage simply because navigating complex systems alone is overwhelming. Our Family Resource Collective helps families navigate immigration concerns and access vital Medi-Cal coverage so they don’t have to face these challenges in isolation. Without support, parents risk losing healthcare for their children, missing deadlines, or facing preventable crises.
Your gift helps families stay healthy and secure by funding one-on-one navigation, trusted legal referrals, and bilingual outreach. This year alone your support will help:
