Our Mobile Wellness Clinic is provided by a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, allied health professionals, and clinic coordinators. Operating Monday through Friday at no cost to patients, the program targets the underserved and uninsured population countywide.
Mobile units help reduce emergency room visits and prevent chronic conditions from advancing to the degree that patients need more intensive and higher-cost care, often in a hospital setting. With your support, we aim to expand services to enhance the level of care provided to Santa Cruz County outside the hospital’s walls.
